HIGH-GLOSS VINYL FINISH
Description:
This acrylic modified vinyl coating is designed to be used as a high gloss topcoat for marine environment systems where color retention, gloss and chemical resistance is desired.
Recommended Uses:
Steel tanks, pipes and structures in chemical, food processing and pharmaceutical plants. Steel structures for waste water treatment and offshore and marine equipment.

Surface Preparation:
Remove all surface contaminants. Be sure previous coating is thoroughly cured. Be certain surface is dry prior to coating.
Application Data:
Apply by airless or conventional spray equipment.

(A) Use normal precautions such as gloves, facemasks.
(B) Adequate ventilation must be maintained.
(C) Explosion proof lights & electrical equipment.
(D) Non-Sparking shoes & tools for workers in area.
(E) This product contains flammable materials. Forbid all flames, smoking and welding in work area.
(F) Avoid breathing of vapor, contact with skin or eyes. If product comes in contact with skin or eyes, wash thoroughly with water and obtain medical attention.
