HIGH PERFORMANCE RUST INHIBITIVE EPOXY PRIMER
Description:
A high performance two-component epoxy polyamide rust inhibitive primer designed to protect steel & aluminum in highly corrosive and chemically aggressive environments. Has outstanding adhesion, water resistance and durability.
Recommended Uses:
An excellent quick dry primer for chemical processing, fertilizer, petrochemical and shipyard industries. Can be used as a shop primer or holding primer to be top coated later with high performance topcoat.

| Aluminum: |
Remove grease, oil, dirt and other foreign matter by solvent or other
suitable cleaner. Etch surface by light sand sweeping and remove
dust before application of primer.

Airless:
Graco - 30:1 ratio with golden gun or Speeflo Commander 30 with H gun - .015 orifice.
The substrate temperature before coating should be 5-7º F. above the dew point.
Mixing:
Mix base and catalyst thoroughly with Jiffy Mixer. Allow to digest 30 to 60 minutes. Apply in well atomized spray coat overlapping each pass 50%. Apply thinner for work ability only and do not exceed 1 pint per gallon.

(B) Adequate ventilation must be maintained.
(C) Explosion proof lights & electrical equipment.
(D) Non-Sparking shoes & tools for workers in area.
(E) This product contains flammable materials. Forbid all flames, smoking and welding in work area.
(F) Avoid breathing of vapor, contact with skin or eyes. If product comes in contact with skin or eyes, wash thoroughly with water and obtain medical attention.
